CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Cancellation

 

After the order has been processed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment department for delivery. Orders that have been processed cannot be cancelled and will not be refunded.

 

Non-delivery due to wrong address provided

 

We are not responsible if you provide us with an incorrect or incomplete address.

 

If you refuse to sign the order or if the package has been unsuccessfully delivered (due to your absence or a wrong or incomplete delivery address), an handling fee of 20% will be charged.

 

Return of goods

 

Goods once sold cannot be returned unless the mentioned goods show manufacturing defects and are brought by the customer to the seller within 2 calendar days from the date of purchase. The goods shall be replaced only after verification by the seller’s after sales services.

 

The customer may only return the goods within the period specified above provided that the goods:

 

·                     have not been utilized

·                     are in the same condition as when they were sold.

 

 

Late or missing refund

 

Refund normally take 4 business days to reach client's credit card/debit card.

 

If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company.

Items that cannot be refunded:

 

·         Second hand or refurbished items or promotion items such as giveaways cannot be refunded.
