The Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account and password obtained upon registration and for restricting access of third parties to his account. The Customer agrees to accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under his account and/or through the use of his password.
During registration on the portal, the Customer will be asked to choose a login name and a password to access his account. His email address will be used as his login name.
If the Customer forgets or loses his password, the password can be reset online.
The Customer should change his password on a regular basis.
The Customer should be precautious with automatic sign in; and must refrain from checking the “remember me” option on the application form screen if he uses a shared computer.
The Customer should notify his Bank immediately when his bank card is lost, stolen or expired.

LiveLife Limited will not be responsible nor liable for any losses suffered by the Customer resulting from the rejection of transactions, the non-processing of bank card payment, delay in delivery of products or for any other reasons beyond LiveLife Limited’s control including but not limited to insufficient funds in the Customer’s account, network downtime, expired bank card.

LiveLife Limited warranty cover will ensure that you are given support and service where applicable on the mentioned products.
Under this warranty cover, the seller guarantees the appliance registered on this invoice against faulty workmanship or material only, for a period of 1 (one) year unless otherwise stated from the date of delivery under normal use and service subject to the terms and conditions set out therein. For avoidance of doubt, nothing stated herein nor any repairs or replacement effected during the applicable warranty period shall extend the said applicable warranty.
If the robot cleaner has any manufacturing issue during regular use, during the length of the warranty we will offer a replacement machine.
If the machine is damaged due to misuse we cannot provide refund or exchange.
Once the Customer places an order online and proceed with the 20% deposit, LiveLife Limited commits to deliver the order within 6 weeks.
The Customer understands that delivery of the ordered items shall occur only at locations within the Mauritian territory limits excluding Rodrigues and other Outer Islands.
To ensure safe delivery, the Customer must properly fill the delivery address, the mobile number and any specific instructions in the fields provided online.
LiveLife Limited Delivery Team will contact the Customer directly to notify him when the delivery of his order shall take place.
In the event that the Customer notices a change in his availability with respect to receiving his ordered products, he must call LiveLife Limited on 57985732 to notify the Delivery Team as soon as he reasonably can.
The Customer needs to present his identification document (National ID or Passport) to the Delivery Staff before accepting the delivery.
The Customer must ensure and check that the product delivered is the right one and that he receives a Warranty Certificate. A sales invoice indicating the amount paid by the Customer will also be provided to him upon delivery.
The Customer will have to sign a Delivery Note acknowledging delivery of the products and need to check and ensure that his products are delivered sealed. For any issue regarding the delivered product, the Customer will have to inform LiveLife Limited on 57985732.
For Rodrigues, LiveLife Limited commits to deliver the order within 3 months.
A delivery fee of MUR 1000 is applicable for delivery in Rodrigues.
The order shall be collected by the customer at Mauritius Post in Rodrigues. An Avis De Reception shall be signed upon collection of the order by the customer signed prior to shipment.
CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND POLICY
After the order has been processed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment department for delivery. Orders that have been processed cannot be cancelled and will not be refunded.
Non-delivery due to wrong address provided
We are not responsible if you provide us with an incorrect or incomplete address.
If you refuse to sign the order or if the package has been unsuccessfully delivered (due to your absence or a wrong or incomplete delivery address), an handling fee of 20% will be charged.
Return of goods
Goods once sold cannot be returned unless the mentioned goods show manufacturing defects and are brought by the customer to the seller within 2 calendar days from the date of purchase. The goods shall be replaced only after verification by the seller’s after sales services.
The customer may only return the goods within the period specified above provided that the goods:
· have not been utilized
· are in the same condition as when they were sold.
Late or missing refund
Refund normally take 4 business days to reach client's credit card/debit card.
